Credentials of Affiliation The CACI will only consider for affilliation those who have obeyed, and teach Acts 2:38 as the plan of New Testament Salvation, and those who obey and teach all 10 Commandments as God's Covenant. This includes the Indivisible God of the 1st Commandment; The preeminence of His Name as taught in the 3rd Commandment (thus His name is envoked in baptism Acts 2:38 ) and the observance of the 7th Day as His Sabbath according to the 4th commandment. The CACI offers credentials of affiliation in three levels. Minister This certifcate is for men and women with a call to the minstry. Ordained Elder This certificate is for those who have served well in the office of CACI Minister for no less than 12 months. Bishop This certificate is by appointment only. The Bishops are General Overseers and Superintendents to their appointed fields of work.
